Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you do not want to enter your credit card details via our online service you now have two other options as methods of payment when you get to the Check Out pages.

1. You can select to send credit card details separately, if you choose this option you will be presented with a form you can print out, complete and post to us.

2. You can select to send a cheque with order. As above you will be presented with a from to print out and post to us with a cheque or International Money Order in Stirling.

In both cases a copy of your order will be automatically sent to us by the ordering system ready for completion on receipt of payment.
Postage and Packing Our delivery charges are made up of a fixed Packing Charge per ORDER and a Postage Charge based on the sum of the weights of each item in the order. You will be advised of the total cost before entering payment details.

The Packing Charge is £0.50 and is applied ONCE ONLY to every order.
The Postage Charges are the current Royal Mail postal rates from 2nd April 2007.

For UK deliveries up to 1000g you can choose either First or Second Class.
For UK deliveries over 1000g you can choose either First Class or Standard Parcel.
All other destinations are by Airmail

The total Postage and Packing to a UK address for two average weight CDs on this site would be:
First Class: £1.25
Second Class: £1.10

All International Deliveries are charged for at the fixed Packing Charge per order of £0.50 and Postal Charge based on Royal Mail "Small Packet" airmail rates for either "Rest of EU" or "World Zone 1 & 2" The Rates are based on 20g weight intervals.

The total postage and packing for one average CD sent to USA would be about £2.30.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges At present we are not required to be registered for VAT so no VAT is charged on goods purchased from this site.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

Returns Policy

Right to cancel: you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery of your product by:

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the packing to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original packing. The pre-recorded CDs must be sealed.

We make no charge if you return the product to us in person. If you choose another method of return, such as posting an item back to us you must bear the costs.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 28 DAYS

The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.


To qualify for a refund or exchange the product should be in otherwise in 'as-new' condition.

This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If a pre-recorded album is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.

We will refund delivery charges you have incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
